With a career spanning multiple areas of human resources in both private and public sectors, Heidi brings a deep understanding of how thoughtful people practices strengthen a business. Davy Biz was created to give local businesses access to high‑level HR expertise, especially those who may not have the resources for dedicated HR staff, so they can operate smoothly, support their teams, and continue to grow.

Jake’s pursuit of sport took him across the country, but life ultimately brought him back home to Helena. Over the years, he’s worked within small local businesses, public organizations, and large corporate environments which has given him a broad perspective on what makes workplaces thrive. Today, he’s committed to helping businesses create their own kind of success.
